Shipping Policy

Heart and Home by RP currently offers standard shipping within the United States via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days. We are excited to grow and hope to expand internationally in the future.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by national holidays and peak holiday seasons due to carrier delays.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After your order is processed, our fulfillment team will create a shipping label and send your package out for delivery. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package has shipped but hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 1-2 days for potential USPS-related delays. If your package is still missing, contact us at orders@heartandhomebyrp.com with your order number, and we will respond within 48 business hours.

Please note that once an order leaves our fulfillment center, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver it on time. If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance. Heart and Home by RP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not issue refunds or credits for such cases.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at orders@heartandhomebyrp.com with your order number and the correct shipping details.

If your package has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. If the package is returned to our fulfillment center, we can resend it to the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

All sales from Heart and Home by RP are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@heartandhomebyrp.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

While we guarantee superior craftsmanship, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern are expected and are part of the charm of handmade items. We celebrate these unique differences as they make each item truly special.

We take great care in packaging your items; however, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
