Larger residences and estate projects are quoted individually, and fees may exceed these estimates.
Furnishings, materials, construction, and installation costs are additional. Clients hire and pay their contractors and specialists directly, including painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and installers.
Additional design support during implementation—including contractor coordination, site visits, and review of design details—is available and billed separately. Your proposal will identify any included support, with additional services and fees agreed upon in writing before work begins.
